Under no circumstances shall The Prince Group of Events or its associates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use our services—even if advised of such risks in advance. In case of disputes, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through dialogue or mediation. If unresolved, legal proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
