As planners and designers, our aim was straightforward but deep at the same time to make the vision of the couple come to life with unique themes, luxurious details and execution. And in the royal city Jaipur with the palatial charm and the eternal glamour, every detail found its place in their love story.

Mehndi Celebration – A Turkish Dream by the Pool

The wedding festivities began with a Mehndi that felt like stepping into Istanbul’s vibrant bazaars. It was Turkish themed and could be felt in every nook and cranny of the place.

Décor Highlights:

• Fine Moroccan lamps and hanging lanterns which give a warm light.
• Turkish mosaic tiles used as table décor and stage backdrops.
• Golden accessories with blue and turquoise draperies.
• Chic Middle Eastern atmosphere with low-down colourful-cushioned sitting-lounges.

Everything was put together with folk music, counters with Turkish flavored food and strange photo booths. Shreya was glowing with henna covered hands and Surya participated in the fun-filled dances.

Being experiential event planners in Jaipur, our team took pains to ensure that even the last minute detail such as the décor and entertainment suited the Turkish mood board of this Mehndi to ensure that this party was a spectacular beginning to the chain of celebrations.

Sangeet Night Turkish Glam in the Ballroom

When the ballroom doors opened for the Sangeet night, guests walked into a different world but this time it was a setting of an imaginary Turkish palace. The theme took the colorful essence of Mehndi but towards glamorous and elegant.

Highlights of the Sangeet:

• A grand stage of Turkish arches and gold-filigree tracery.
• LED lights to create effects of starry ceiling to resemble a night sky.
• A dance floor illuminated with blue-gold designs inspired by Turkish motifs.
• Chandeliers and mirrored panels to give sparkle to the whole setting.

The evening was made up of performances. Parents too danced, groups of friends cheered and Surya & Shreya's wonderful couple dance stole the show. The Ballroom was a party filled with music, laughter and glitter.

The Wedding – Badge & Gold Royal Elegance at Amer Lawn

The bridal day was like watching a film. Royal stage was provided by the Amer Lawn at the Le Meridien Jaipur on the grand finale. The theme that was selected-Badge and Gold was royal, classic and spectacular.

• The mandap was covered with badge-coloured fabrics in pure gold decorations with a velvet covering.
• Drifting flower decorations of ivory, badge, with a little hint of crimson.
• Golden lanterns and flower arches enclosed pathways creating a royal procession.
• Luxurious seating areas with golden upholstery, which makes the guests feel like queens and kings.

Special Touches That Made It Unforgettable

• Grooms Baraat - A dramatic entry filled with music, lights, and cheers.
• Special Effects - All the way to cold pyros to coordinated lighting, moments were enhanced with cinematic detail.
• The Varmala Ceremony -The varmala exchange was organized under a glowing arch decorated in gold colors which gave the moment a perfect royal picture.

As the bride walked down the aisle in her regal attire, the theme came alive, Badge and Gold was not just decor, it was mood, it was an eternal frame. Guests were charmed and each moment was a memory to cherish.
