They desired a kingly environment, heritage and unforgettable experiences for their families and friends coming in from all over the world.

The sprawling lawns, heritage inspired architecture and versatile event spaces made Le Meridien Jaipur the ideal wedding backdrop of this royal event. Each corner- the glimmering swimming pool to the grandeur of the Amer Chowk was transformed into a thematic wonder.

As Jaipur wedding decorators and planners, we carefully designed each ceremony space with a distinct personality with a smooth process of the guests coming in and out of the venues.

Haldi Party by the Poolside- Colour Carnival

The weddings started with a poolside Haldi. However, this was no ordinary Haldi, but a Carnival Theme Haldi, which enabled playfulness and energy to be put into the rituals.

Highlights of the Haldi decor & experience:

• Brightly painted cabanas, funny signboards and circus type booths.
• Playful props such as large sunglasses, flower showers and confetti showers.
• Live dhol beats including splash pool corner, encouraging guests to dive into the fun.
• Personalised Haldi thalis and floral jewellery for Priya enhancing her NRI bride glow.

It is not that this Haldi was merely a show of tradition, it was quite a blast of celebration. Laughter of cousins, Rajasthani music and color riot created the memory unforgettable. Mixing carnival vitality and cultural ritual was a creative challenge to us and the result was Haldi, never seen before in Jaipur.

Sangeet in the Ballroom – Glimpse & Shimmer Extravaganza

The evening came alive with a Sparkling Sangeet night in the Ballroom. The theme chosen was Glimpse & Shimmer which was suitable because it was a formally glamorous evening with music, dance, and merged beautifully.

• A glossy LED background and a crystal adorned stage.
• Dramatic lighting effects and mirrored panels for a glitzy ambiance.
• Friends and families choreographed dance performances and each act augmented with spotlights and fog effects.
• Surprising performance by the friends of the bride who are from the U.E.A that fuses the Bollywood music together with the Arabic fusion music.

Wedding Ceremony at Amer Chowk - A Royal Affair

The wedding day arrived with regal anticipation. The couple’s dream was to live like royalties and there could be nothing better than Amer Chowk at Le Meridien Jaipur to bring such an ambiance.

Baraat & Grand Entry

Hitesh’s baraat was an affair to remember. The groom came in full glory accompanied by live music and traditional nagadas and guests dancing together. Amer Chowk walks were full of lanterns and decorative flowers suggesting pomp to welcome him.

Mandap & Decor

The mandap was styled in royal hues of colours with velvet drapes, ornate chandeliers, and cascading flowers in shades of red and ivory. Each of the elements was majestic maintaining cultural authenticity.

Varmala on the Staircase at the Royal Gate

The Varmala ceremony was the most mesmerizing one. We did not use a regular exchange, but we designed a dramatic setup where Hitesh and Priya exchanged garlands on the grand staircase at the Royal Gate. Coupled with fireworks, shower of rose petals and live music, this was cinematic. Guests said that it was a royal film set.

Musical Pheras

In keeping with their wish for something unique, the couple had musical pheras. The combination of traditional chants and soulful live music was made perfectly to create an emotional impact and immersion. Each round of the sacred fire was underscored with melodies that touched the heart.

Reception at Amer Lawn- Elegance Under the Stars

The wedding celebrations concluded with a lavish reception on Amer Lawn. This last night was to be both classy and casual, ideal to socialize, make speeches and raise glasses to the new adventure that Hitesh and Priya are embarking on.

• A starlit canopy created with fairy lights and chandeliers.
• White and gold decor, a symbol of purity and new beginnings.
• Gourmet menu includes Rajasthani cuisine as well as international cuisine to please the NRI guest list.
• A live jazz-fusion band keeping the atmosphere classy and celebratory.

It was the perfect finale to a wedding that truly celebrated both heritage and modernity.
